Aria Resorts.

A brand creation taken through every touch point…
(including an appearance on Killing Eve)

The full package

Tasked with creating and implementing a brand for Aria Resorts that would span across the different sectors of the industry, from holidays to holiday homes sales and investment. The scale of properties and types of holidays varied significantly, so the brand had to be flexible enough to accommodate this whilst retaining a recognisable vision.

The job in hand started with key stakeholder workshops to establish who Aria Resorts was and led to a comprehensive set of brand guidelines and eventually an in depth tone of voice that could be rolled out across the wider teams on resort to carry the vision forward onto “ground level”. The main challenge was being different… we wanted our voice to be authentic, passionate, bubbly and relaxed… to give everyone the feeling of a great holiday experience.

  • Website

Creating an ROI driven website from start to finish… I implemented research and stats into a user experience that led profiles to journeys to wireframe to design… The design needed to be clean and simple to make sure the copy and images did the talking with clear call to actions throughout to get the holiday bookings!

  • Campaign

Who better to have as a creative director than Villanelle from Killing Eve (Campaign highlight on the popular series). Throughout my four years at Aria Resorts the January campaign is the biggest creative project of the year. Spanning across radio, website, paid advertising, national newspapers, social, shopping centres and the London underground. The campaigns need to be eye-catching and stand out from the January holiday sale noise.
